Church Analytics Reports
Our Church Analysics Report Engine (CARE) works in conjunction with church management software
If your church is using a different software product for church management, we are planning to create interfaces with
other products as the need arises. Please use our Contact page to send us a message and request a version for
your church management software.
Based on actual attendance and giving
recorded in your church management software, our CARE algorithms produce reports that highlight individual and family
attendance trends, indicating opportunities for outreach. Our reports provide an informed list of church attendees
who could benefit from personal follow-up from caring church staff to help keep the church body more engaged, and help
keep your church’s finger on the pulse of its community members.

Our reports identify the following:
- Families/Individuals whose attendance is becoming less consistent, indicating a potential personal issue and to whom direct pastoral outreach
could be beneficial. This report can help identify members with physical health, mental health, financial, or other personal issues around which
the church may be able to offer prayer and other support. Members enduring a personal crisis will be supported
just by a phone call saying “we miss seeing you at church”.
- Families/Individuals whose attendance is becoming more consistent, indicating higher engagement and connection with your message and mission, and
possible readiness for further engagement in volunteer positions. A personal phone call from church staff requesting
help with a special project or open volunteer position is much more likely to result in a “yes” than a blanket church-wide appeal.
- Families with an abrupt end to consistent attendance, indicating an opportunity for feedback about the change. Would
you like to be aware of families who have made a decision to stop attending your church, and have an opportunity to reach out
and receive feedback as to why they are making this change? This report will show you such changes, in a timely manner, so that
outreach efforts could potentially result in the family returning to your church.
